Are You Drinking Enough Water? Early Signs of Dehydration

It's so easy to get dehydrated this time of the year. With the weather outside cold and rainly or snowy, I usually don't feel like drinking cold water. Hot Chocolate seems like a much better idea :)
Add to that the dry warm air inside from the heater and the fireplace and it's easy to get dehydrated in no time.
According to WEBMD the early signs of dehydration are:
  • Increased thirst.
  • Dry mouth and sticky saliva.
  • Reduced urine output with dark yellow urine.

You may also experience a lack of energy and a headache.

Let's try to stay well hydrated by drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day.
