Holiday Update

Did you have a nice holiday? We enjoyed ours. I took my own advise on Holiday Eating and this is the first year in a long time that I didn't gain 5 pounds over Christmas.

Now that the holidays are behind us, it's time to start planning for 2006. What are your goals for this coming year? I hope Healthy Eating is pretty high on your list.

Is loosing weight on your list of New Year's Resolutions? I wouldn't be surpised if it was, after all it is one of the most popular resolutions each year.
