Low Calorie Hot Chocolate Recipe
What could be better than a nice cup of hot chocolate this time of the year? Here is a recipe for a yummy cup of hot chocolate without all the sugar and calories of a regular cup. It makes a nice creamy treat on these cool winter days.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp cornstarch
Directions:
- Mix the cocoa powder, Splenda, and sugar together in a medium saucepan.
- Combine the cornstarch with the water. Add the mixture to the coacoa poweder mix and blend until smooth.
- Put the mixture on medium low heat. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly.
- Bring the chocolate mix to a simmer. Let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring it often.
- When the hot chocolate becomes smooth and thick it is ready to serve.
